ESIEE in Paris was founded in 1904 and originally started as a school of engineering but now comprises of two schools one of management and the other as engineering. The Msc in Management of Technology Information Systems (MOTIS) is a one year program that answers the demand for internationally-focused project managers working at the interface of Management and Technology. The Master´s is entirely taught in English and is a combination of course and project work. The university has a high employment rate with undergraduate and postgraduate students finding work within 6 months of completing their studies.
At the end of the Master´s students embark on a 6 month internship with can be completed in France or abroad. In fact ESIEE is affiliated with The Chamber of Commerce in Paris and is known as the school of technological innovation in Paris. The school has a sister school located in South Africa with the school French South Africa Technological Institute (F’SATI) and students can take advantage of this established connection.
In 2014 Paris won the QS Best Student Cities award with 417 points from a possible 500, which ended up beating both London and Berlin for the top spot. The MSc MoTIS is ranked 9th by SMBG of all programs in Management of Information Systems in France. ESIEE Paris ranked in 7th position among French 5-year engineering schools by L’Etudiant. Upon completion of the Master´s graduates have found themselves in a variety of professional careers such as the fields of computer science, electronics, telecommunications and embedded systems and works at the interface of Management and Technology.
The Msc in Management of Technology Information Systems is a member of the SAP University Alliance, which is a global program with more than 2,400 member institutions in over 90 countries that aims to shape the future of higher education. The program exposes students and faculty to the latest SAP technologies and enables universities and vocational schools to integrate SAP software into their teaching by partnering to build technology skills. This helps students to find work after the program and gain valuable experience whilst they study.
