Sounds like fun! Let’s start!
1. Find a Summer job or Internship
Not only can you make some extra cash, but you can also start developing your resume and gain some work experience by getting a summer job. A summer job will teach you to be responsible, manage your time properly, and depending on the job, improve your leadership skills. All these reasons should be enough reasons to look for a summer job but have we mentioned that you can also save up the money you earned. “More money more things to do!”
- Search some of these sites for summer jobs/internships: LinkedIn Student Jobs, Prospects Graduate Jobs, European Student Jobs
2. Throw a party
Having a party can be great fun! The combination of the planning and preparation, as well as the excitement of the party date arriving and not knowing whether or not it will be a success is sure to keep you on your toes for a week or two. Remember to invite family, friends, loved ones and have the time of your life!

4. Learn a new skill
It’s half way through the summer and you’ve been having a bit of fun it’s time to get back on track with your career dreams and ambitions.
Summer can be a great time to learn skill which you can add to your CV or to brag above to your friends. Find ways to practise these skills or ask a mentor about your current level and their advice to improve such skills. If you are the type of person try to find skills you can use to brag to your friends. While some of them may be “productive” other might not be so much so, for example: Learning a new language is Productive, whereas learning to use chopsticks with your feet- Impressive but not productive.

5. Take a dip
Depending on where you are, summer time can be extremely hot! We at Web2Present highly suggesting taking some time to relax at a pool, or go to the beach if possible. Towards the end of July and August our offices “literally” turns into a baking oven, yes literally! That’s why we are located near the beach in Barcelona =) Our employees find that “the quick dips rejuvenate and refresh ourselves” which helps us work even better to connect students and universities from all across the world.

6. Make a Slip’N’Slide
Slip ‘n’ Slide: A toy which is a long sheet of thin plastic tube, water is run through the tube and sprayed onto the sliding surface. The Slip ‘n Slide then becomes very slippery, enabling users to jump onto the plastic and slide the length of the sheet.
7. Music festival
Summer time means only one thing- music festivals!
Did you know that more than half of music festivals around the world are squeezed into the months of May, June and July?
“The music industry is an ever-changing beast. Who would have thought a decade ago, when iTunes and MP3s were blowing up before our very eyes and ears, that vinyl records would find an important niche in the way people consume music?”

8. Do some Charity!
Now that you’re having the time of your life, it’s also important to remember that not everyone is blessed enough with the opportunities you are provided with. It’s important to learn to give back to society and to contribute to community you live in. You can do this in 2 ways, directly or indirectly.
Directly: Take time every week to volunteer at a youth centre, animal shelter or non-profit program with activities and weekly programs
Indirectly: Remember the money you still have saved up? Donate the remaining money you have to the charity of your choice. What you give is sure to come back to you!
9. Road Trip
Although this may be similar to point #3, travelling by car with friends, family, or even alone, is it’s own experience in itself. The freedom of the open road, the free space, the thrill and excitement of planning your trip crossing countries, landscapes and arriving at world landmarks is something we highly recommend in everyone’s summer activities.
10. Attend a StudyAbroad Webinar
