Candidates must also possess specific knowledge in the following topics (which will be assessed during the admission interview): human nutrition, general and food microbiology, food technology, food chemistry.

Admission Requirements

Students need to hold a degree that allows access to a Master programme in Italy. Applicants must have a background in one of the following degrees: Medicine and surgery, Veterinarian medicine, Pharmacy, Agrarian sciences and technologies, Food sciences and technologies, Chemistry, Biological sciences. Candidates must also possess specific knowledge in the following topics (which will be assessed during the admission interview): human nutrition, general and food microbiology, food technology, food chemistry. Language requirements: TOEFL internet based (at least 90 points) or Academic IELTS at least 6,5 (at least 6,5 in written production, oral production, listening comprehension and reading comprehension)
